How Can One Avoid Theor Body From Adding Water Weight To There Body?
I heard that your body needs to retain water weight… from avoiding your body from adding water weight? how can I loose weight without my body adding water weight to my body? and from staying at the same weight for months?..
Most people do not drink enough water. What happens when you do not drink enough water is that your body goes into what can be referred to as “drought mode”. What this means is that your body is reverting to early human survival mode. What happens is that your body is afraid there will be no more water for a long time. As a result, it saves the water through water weight or water retention.
If you want to drop the excess water weight you need to drink water. What happens after a few days (and alot of peeing) it that your body starts to realize there is no drought and it starts to dump the water it does not need to survive.
After a few days (and alot of peeing) your system will settle out and your urination will slow down. Your body will begin to regulate itself and you will not retain so much water.
So….to lose the water weight drink at least 64 ounces of water each and every day and as stated in an earlier post, watch your salt consumption.
