Your body will change throughout the rest of your teenage years but you can also help in along a bit by exercising with free weights and adding some bulk to those long, lean muscles! Being lean and lanky is a great foundation for building a really great looking body and one that will give you some performance advantages. Sports is a wonderful way to further develop overall musculature and add weight to your body without adding fat. If you’re not into heavy duty sports like football that’s fine but take a look at the athletic body. The body of a swimmer, for instance, is one with broad and strong shoulders and back muscles with long muscular legs and a trim but firm middle section. You say that you are also tall which is great! You’re entering a growing phase in which the next two to three years will be critical for building the type of body you want. Believe me, there will come a day when your lean, lanky and tall frame will be host to the body of a well toned and handsome man. If you start to work out with weights you’ll see results in 3-4 months and when you see that, you’ll just keep on going! Good luck.

i was exactly the same at your age just not tall. you will fill out but when who knows? i do know that metabolism has a big role in your weight and found as long as i weight train i gain weight. it doesnt have to be heavy weights just work your muscles hard. eat plenty of chicken too.

Dude…dont worry about it! your 14 years old, This is what you should do,
Go to your local GNC store pick up some whey protine and grab a Muscle and fittness magizine.
Your tall and skinny, you have elements that can get your body ripped and I tell you what, You take your shirt off with a nice cheast and abs… You wont hear you lanky.

how much your body changes will all depend on your diet and the amount and types of exercise and activities that you participate in.

dont eat too much because youll get the weight when yur older . plus , a lot of people would LOVE to be skinny like you . like me . i would really like to be skinny . most people are probably jealous of you and thats why theyre making you feel bad about it . my cousin is exactly like you . she very skinny and she eats a lot but doesnt gain anything . but trust me , you will when yur older . like 20 or something.

Once you hit puberty, which might take longer for some, your testosterone will make more muscle.
    Go work out!
At least once you get to be 40, a beer belly’s not your prob.

Hey bro..listen to me.. I used to be the same way..I look back at my starting pics and I just laugh (not being mean)..start a weight training program..do lots of research..maybe start taking a weight gainer of some sort..eat frequent meals (five to six a day)..but if you say you feel full right away eat small but frequent meals..increase your calorie intake by a lot (good foods though..no crap like McDonalds or something)..and have a cheat meal like once a week..good site to check out is http://www.bodybuilding.com..that’s how I got hooked..best of luck to ya bro

Some change, some do not. You can always work out to put on some muscle…then you’ll be built, not just skinny.
