When Losing Water Weight Does You Body Actually Get Thinner?

ok im on the atkins diet for 17 days i have lost 10 pounds i want to know how much of that is water weight i want to know an estimate of about how many pounds. i was 210lbs now i 196lbs
ps i dont want to know how bad the diet is and why ive chose to do it i just want to know about the water weight.
