How To Gain Upper Body Weight?
I am trying to gain about 15 pounds of weight. I work out my whole body regularly, but it seems the only place to weight goes to is my stomach. My chest is almost flat as a board and my arms are very skinny, but my stomach i where the weight goes. What can I do to gain weight in my arms and chest and get pecks?
In order to do that properly, you need to not only perform upper body exercises, you need to also set aside portions of your workout time for the lower body.
While lower body workouts do not directly tear up your upper-body muscle groups, the lower body contains extremely large muscle groups. Working these groups supports upper-body growth by triggering greater growth hormone release.
Sounds like you’re not doing the right movements and eating right. Without being there I don’t know what movements you’re doing or food you’re eating, but keep it clean and eat a surplus of calories and you’ll slowly pack on the pounds and muscle. And there’s no way to JUST build up your upper body, your body will slow the weight gain process so that it your lower body can keep up or stay relatively proportional. I can set you up with an appropriate routine and diet (or critique yours) if you’d like, but post it on these forums (where I spend most of my time) http://www.cagedanimal.net good luck with your goals my friend.
to gain upper body size, bench pressing, curling and back arming, hit the weights hard, give it about a month you will start seeing the results.
Get into a gym.work out a suitable diet and exercise plan for yourself.Strength training is the best way to gain upper body weight.try it out.it works wonders.
