What Are Those Exercises Called Where You Use Your Body’s Weight Against Itself?

What are those exercises called where you use your body’s weight against itself for a more intense exercise? I heard they do this a lot in the military so that you don’t have to buy a personal weight machine for everyone. I know there is a general name for them but I can’t remember it.

    I know what you mean but I’m not sure of the term. I would google isometric and isotonic exercises.

    Body Weight Exercise- Push-Ups, Curl-Ups, Pull-Ups and lots of variations thereof.
