How Do I Work Out Successfully With Only My Body Weight?

I am looking to workout with only my body weight and i was wondering if anyone had any good methods or suggestions for doing so.

    I would definitely say Pilates. This exercise uses gravity to tone your muscles. One for the legs is: Lay on your back, flat. Lift one leg in the air and make the letter P. That is just one example. I believe that Pilates is one of the best ways to TONE muscles, Not build

    push ups, chinning, dips, sit ups, standing squats, theres a bunch of exercises u can do

    There are lots of things you can do. For the back of the arms, stand in front of the seat of a chair, put arms on seat and squat down to work the arms. You could also use the stairs. To work upper thighs and gluts, lean against a wall in a sitting position. Sit there as long as you can. For abs, lay on the floor and bring legs up and down without touching the ground. You could also buy a Shape magazine. They often have tips for working out at home.
