Ridding Body Of Water Weight?

I am getting my period next tues/wed. and i am currently experiencing PMS and have retained a lot of water, and look like a total fat *** despite the fact i have been watching what i eat and working out daily. I am going to the beach this weekend and need some quick tips on how i can get rid of this water weight!! PLEASE HELP! serious answers only!

    Eat a lot of parsley. It is a natural diuretic that rids the body of any unwanted water. Also, if you have a health food store by you like Whole Foods there is a tea called PMS Tea by Traditional Medicinals. This stuff is awesome. It helps with the bloat and cravings.     You’re not looking fat, it’s just the PMS playing an illusion on your mind, but, just to satisfy you, Don’t eat any salt, and maybe when you get a shower (if you don’t have access to a sauna) you could turn up the heat all the way and let it run for a while. The room should be steamy and you’ll lose the excess water.
