I am trying to lose some pounds, I am in my teens, and they say that at this age most of the fat in your body is water weight, so how do I lose it? How much water will I have to drink and for how long must I drink it to lose up to 30 pounds of water weight?Or more?So, the water weight, and a few extra pounds? Thank you!

    fat and water weight are two different things. a healthy diet and exercise is the only way to lose weight.
