Can I Gain Weight (muscle Mass) By Only Doing Body Lifting Exercises?
I have no time to go to the gym, i do brasilian jiu jitsu and kickboxing 3 times a week, and I could do chin-ups, sit-ups, push-ups and squats every day. what I am trying to do is get bigger. If i have the proper diet and take weight gainer, would it work, or would i absolutely need to go to the gym and lift weights?
You would gain enough muscle for your body to adjust to the pressures you place upon it. Nothing more.
If you ask it to support its own weight whilst you squat 20 times for instance it will do so,
Note that this is LOW WORKLOAD.
The key to effective training is pregressional overload; i.e increasing the weight of a bar for instance gradually each week.

if you are talking fat, just sit around all day and take in carbs and fatty foods, more carbs in less out. This is not healthy however but it is effective for gaining fattty weight. If you want to gain muscle mass stick to protein rich meals and stick to a workout schedule that helps you bulid lean muscle mass. This will take more than to weeks though
yes, you should always exercise
It won’t build muscle as quickly, but you will build it
Yes you can gain muscle weight. And Muscle weighs more then fat. But gaining muscles increases your metabolism. Try substituing one of our nights with some cardio, for at least 30 mins.
What you are doing, is good to gain muscle weight, to get bigger.
