I know lifting more than your body weight in benchpress is considered as exceptional ,so can any of you girls benchpress your body weight or more ,if so is it a result of intensive weight training or just sports or natural strength
It would be cool if you could specify how much you can bench

Try before you buy. You’ll probably find, like I did, that if you have four different brands, then you’ll get four different readings. You can’t trust them, don’t waste your money.

I would like to find a website online wear you can enter all of your measurements (height, hips, waist etc) to find your ideal weight, and not just your height and weight, can anyone help me??

Or do you need to use weights if you’re trying to maintain muscle mass while losing weight?
What about something like Tai Chi? Can that replace everything but cardio or is it best to treat it as a supplement to a normal exercise routine?

i weigh 215 but i know its not like i’m lift 215 on a bench press because of the torque. its like liftin a wheel barrow up. does anyone know the percentage of weight i’m actually liftin up?
