I”m 135lbs,5”11,14years Old. How Can I Gain Weight To Build More Body Mass?

people keep saying that i dont weigh enuff to bench 225lbs, right now i’m at 195lbs i havent moved for a long long time. my goal is to weigh 155lbs+. no matter how much i eat its really hard to gain wight.

    You’re 14 years old. That’s why you don’t weigh much and don’t have much muscle mass yet. I kow you probably don’t want to hear this, but just give it time. If you push your body to produce more mass than it is ready to, you’ll end up giving yourself all sorts of problems. My brother was 5′9″ and 115 lbs. at your age — it’s normal. You are supposed to go through a growth phase where you gain height before weight. The muscle will come later.

    You are probably just done having a growth spurt. Probably still growing as well. You will probably have problems gaining muscle for a couple of years while your body is still growing. It may also have to do with body type. My bf eats like crazy and works out and can’t gain anything, not even fat, and he’s 24, also very tall and thin.
