    You only push about 85lbs. of your body weight. If you are looking to get bigger or stronger do more reps. Try do sets of 50!

    depends on body proportion……myself am more “top” heavy….so my % is higher than a flat chick

    I’m guessing your whole weight if you’re doing them correctly.

    Depends on where your pivot is when you’re doing a push up. Like for example, if you’re doing a push up and you’re knees are the ones touching the floor, you push up less of your body weight than when you’re toes being the ones touching the floor.

    u r pusing 100 pounds on ur push ups
    how put 100 pound wen weight lifting on chest and then do the push ups. see the differance
