I Am A 19 Year Old Lean And Thin Boy. How Can I Increase My Body Weight?
I am a 19 year old boy. My body weight is 45kgs. I have stunted growth. Does any one knows any easy method to develop my health? Does it require to take any type of hormonal medicine?

what exactly is your problem? is it the height or the weight or your physique?
if you want to improve your body, because you are thin, what you should do is to increase your food consumption. don’t get me wrong with this.
increase your protein intake. i don’t mean just consuming meat. nuts, milk, legumes can be a good source of protein.
like i have said, increase your food consumption with regular exercise. exercises that will help increase your muscles. if you are already in a strenuous exercise, just increase your food intake.
you choose between increasing your food consumption or decreasing your STRENUOUS EXERCISE. if you do not exercise and you eat less, then increase both.
you have to have a balance between the exercise and the calories you take.
just remeber: protein and exercise = muscles

If you are going to gym,then you need 1,5-2g protein at 1kg body weight,so you need 67,5-90g protein per day!later even more.Good protein are milk,milk products,meat,eggs and protein shakes after the training,but it is not necessary.Right after the gym you can eat banana and drink yogurt.
