Whats The Ideal Body Weight For A 15 Yr Old Dancer?

its not ballet so i dont have to be super super skinny
its jazz/hiphop.
just wanna ,know how much i need to lose cuase im currantly 175cm’s and i weigh nearly 70 kilos, it evens out pretty weel but i am flabby and i dotn think that looks good shaken it =)

    Your weight isn’t necessarily fat, a lot of it is probably mucsle. I am 15 yrs old, 178 cm tal, and weigh 10 st, but am definitley not fat. Anyway, there isn’t an ideal weight for anyone – we are all different, and in all the hip hop videos etc, the dancers are all curvy, they don’t have any stick insects in sight. You don’t NEED to lose any weight, coz if you figure out your bmi etc it will be fine. Don’t sweat it, and good luck with the dancing :)

    If you feel flabby, you don’t need to lose weight as in lose fat, you just need to tone up! Do focused exercises like stomach crunches to tone up your tummy, steps to tone up your bum and thighs etc.
    Jazz/hiphop in itself will help with this!

    just go on a diet the best way is to count your calories and stick to a daily limit
    I wouldn’t tell you an exact weight because you will have a certain amount of muscle, just keep going till you have lost any unwanted “flab”

    if you are worried about your weight and how it looks, you can start doing sit ups, and that will definitely help :)
