my wt . is very less according to my height n i want to increase it. especially my arms n legs……………pls help me out.

    Body type is very dependent on genetics. If you are naturally tall and thin it will be very difficult to change that.
    Don’t waste your money on protein shakes and the like. Just eat more food if you want to gain weight.

    im also interested in protein shakes, pure creatine, anabolic steroids.. but thats because i was very vain, i even bought abgymnic ab muscle toners lulz
    but only this week i just decided out of the blue to start doing normal pushups…its only been a few days and the muscles on my arm are huge already, i sh** you not. everyday i can do more and more… just do it daily and never forget. i feel god damn great

    According to FDA, protein supplements should not be taken. If you have milk, eggs, cheese, grains and meat.. thats it. Just eat more and exercise well. Dont get into protein supplements etc… your body only needs 0.8g of protein per kilogram of body weight,
