(answer Fast) How Can I Shapeshift Into An Animal With Or Without The Same Mass/body Weight?

I would seriously like to get into shapeshifting. REAL shapeshifting. Well, more, do not ‘answer’ with “its impossible” okay? Even if you do not believe it…possibly ask someone who does. I do not fully believe it myself but I would like straight answers instead of denying shape-shifting and its history.
I would like to either physically, or even not shapeshift. I would like answers, FAST please?

    You actually shapeshift on the astral plane, not the physical one, so size/body mass doesn’t matter. Shapeshifting in the physical plan is Not possible, sorry.

    try looking up therianism. some people claim they can physically shapeshift (but most believe people can only mental, dream, and astral shift.)

    What ever you shape shift to,that critter forgets how to shape shift back so make sure your Choice is good.

    just mentally, spiritually etc. like
    the closest you can get to that in physical form would be if you played Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance, you have the Boerc (Beorc?) and Lugaz(corrective names, Human and Sub-Human are insulting) if you were a Lugaz, then you could do it practically all you want, but I haven’t heard of such EVER being in reality!
