i cant lift weights( underage).
i heard that when muscles are stressed the body produces more testerone so………. yep , body weightexercises that put muscles under alot of stress?

    There are a lot of body weight excercises you can do, most common are push ups, pull ups, squat thrusts, etc.

    Slow push ups
    Pull ups
    Sit ups
    But in my opinion you can’t be too young to start lifting weights. At least, if you don’t over-train yourself. =]

    Do pushups and pullups.
