What Is The Ideal Healthy Body Weight For A Woman Who Is 5′2 With A Medium Frame?

Do you feel healthy?
Are you mobile (walk, exercise, move around…etc)?
Do you eat fruits, vegetables, protein…etc?
Do you eat when your body is hungry, and stop when it’s full?
If so – yeah, you’re healthy.
Do you have high blood pressure and similar weight-induced medical issues? If so – probably not.

Worry more about percentage of body fat than weight.
I’m 5ft2 & 125lb, not 105lb-115lb and have 24% body fat which is within the optimal range for females. Even if I plan to drop my body fat to 20% or under no way in hell am I going under 115lb.
    Female Body Fat Chart:
    Undefat: <12%
    Athletic: 14%-18%
    Optimal: 20%-24%
    Average: 26%-28%
    Overfat: 30%-32%
    Obese: >34%

That girl above me is not correct.. its 115-135. im 5′3 and 135 with a medium frame.. big shoulders.. nice hips… i think i look pretty damn good. =) Weight on the scale is a tough one.. if you are more muscular like myself its perfectly normal to weigh a little more.. if you are all pudge and no muscle , no you dont want to be on the heavier end of that scale… so…i dont know what you look like but watch your pant size and measurments,, not the scale.. i would day dont go over a size 6 pant for a heathy weight.

Your age does matter… here’s a calcuator that will help you figure out what’s right for YOU. It will also help you figure out a nutritional plan depending on if you want to stay the same weight, lose weight, or gain.http://www.dietitian.com/calcbody.php

I don’t think it matters. muscle weighs more than fat so if you look at what you weigh it’s not gonna help much. just go down to a size you’re comfortable with instead and instead of weighing yourself measure yourself.
