Female Body Mass 29.3, 5′4″ 170lbs. I Need A Real Life Diet Plan, Exercise Plan, Weight Loss Timeline?

My birth control made me gain 30lbs in the last year which has now made me pre-diabetic. I will soon be stopping that form of birth control & switching to another in hopes that this will help.
I need a REALISTIC diet plan, exercise plan & weight loss time line to lose about 25lbs. My ideal body weight is 135-140lbs. I think that would be a BMI of around 24.
I have a toddler & older children so living at a fitness center is NOT going to be an option for me.
Any first hand experience in this?
What works for you?

sparkpeople.com is a great site that I’ve used. They give you a profile, email you delicious, healthy recipes, recommend exercises that can be done at home, and you can network with people in your area, or interest groups for the support you need. It gives you day by day goals and meal suggestions for each day. It starts you slowly and builds you up so you can reach your goal.
    Good luck!
