someones life would change by them having better self esteem and having more confidence. they would be happier and they would not be afraid to do things. many people stay back because they’re afraid if they say something wrong a person my call them a fatso or something. losing the weight would generally change a person’s life in a very good way.
I AM AN OBESE 13 YEAR OLD. I AM 5 FEET 1 INCH AND I WEIGHT 215.
IF I WERE MY IDEAL WEIGHT I THINK I WOULD CONSIDERED BETTER LOOKING TO OTHER PEOPLE AND FROM THE SHALLOW PEOPLE I WOULD GET MORE ATTENTION.
I WOULD BE HAPPIER BECAUSE I COULD FINALLY FIT CLOTHES FROM BODY CENTRAL, HOLLISTER, WET SEAL, EXPRESS, AND AEROPOSTLE.
I WOULD ACHIEVE BEING FASTER IN BASKETBALL AND I COULD JUMP HIGHER. I FINALLY WOULD HAVE CONQUERED MY HARDEST GOAL LOSING WEIGHT AND I WOULD BE ABLE TO BELIEVE I COULD ACHIEVE ANYTHING.
I WOULD GAIN CONFIDENCE IN MY OVERALL APPEARANCE.
i can answer this from experience I was a chubby kid i think I was 10, 5′3 and 120 lbs. I was miserable, I has no friends kids hated me. I was strong though, I wasn’t fat I found that out when my body was able to shape in 5 years I am 15 and 120 lbs a six pack and 5′9 the truth is nothing end’s bad.
Well you would probably have more self confidence, and be generally happier in life. You would be able to do more fun activities, such as playing sports. Also you will have a longer life expectancy, so it will help you in the long run of life.
im not overweight or obese but alternatively, if i was, i dont think ppl would treat me the same..
More self-esteem and happiness.
