If You Drink Lots Of Water Where Abouts In Your Body Will You Start To Lose Weight?
I’ve been drinking water for about 1 month now, it’s the only liquid i drink when eating lunch,dinner etc I’ve been told you lose alot of weight doing this but I haven’t seen a change in my body just yet do you know how long it takes and where the weight is most likely to come from?
Are you drinking at least 8 big glasses of water? It takes a bit more than you think. It will flush out a lot of old “waste” so it will take it off the belly. Good luck-I have started to diet this year too and have seen a change with the water.
I can’t walk right now-have a hip issue going on. So I can’t exercise. I do know that building up muscle by exercising a natural response of the body will increase your weight. You may want to get the tape measure out and measure bust, waist, hips and arms/thighs to see if you are losing inches. It is a better indicator as the muscle builds the weight might look like it it growing not dropping but, your fitness will be Better as you workout. Good luck!
