That’s definetly NOT the way to lose weight, dirnking water is good for yuo, if you lose to much water, you can overheat. Not a good thing, if you exercise regularly, it will even out the water loss. Don’t do that to your body.
It does not work. The most you will loose would be a pint. Then you would be so thirsty you would drink twice that much.

That is totally retarded. I’m sorry, but it should be very obvious that that is not going to work. You put the “weight” back on with the first glass of water you drink.
Instead: You actually have to drink MORE water to flush it out of your system.
no its not ok because you can dehydrate your self if you loose to much water weight too fast. maybe not all over your body i would suggest just your stomach.
