What Time Of A Day Is My Body Weight Most Accurate? ?
I would like to know my “real” body weight and I have noticed how much it varies during the day.

the other two answers were a bit too straight forward. your “real” body weight is however much you weigh at the time sir. sorry to sound rude or crazy but thats the answer. if you do or dont work out, take an average of your weight at morning, noon and bedtime and you will get a more realistic version of your body weight. but still, unless you can change the laws of nature and gravity, whatever you weigh at any particular moment is what you weigh.

First thing in the morning, before breakfast, before a shower, but after you pee.
So, wake up in the morning, pee, take off your clothes and you should get an accurate reading. Providing of course that your scales don’t mislead you.

In the morning-after you go to the bathroom-before you eat-witn no clothes on.

The first thing in the morning, after you have your morning pee, dont eat breakfast yet. Then weigh yourself.
